The last video by the strong French rider Julien Taboulet, enjoying epic conditions in Atlantic sea, is really impressive. Sit down, and have a look  at it, 'cause you'll be scared just watching it.

They perform superb rides, and also some wipe-outs (they are human anyway....). Here is Julien's comment:

What a session with my friends! When the atlantic ocean is on fire, he can delivery some awesome jewels, and not so far from your place sometimes...;p) A powerful wave, where you need to stay closed to the curl... We will never forget this intense ride!
