Portugal RAW series // episode 3

Let s continue with this little series about some outstanding sessions in Portugal. In this episode I try to share about how special it has been to share sessions with Alex in the last 15 years... Alex is a legend of our sport, multiple World Cup winner and 2 times vice-World Champion. But more important for me, he has been my true soulmate on the wave windsurfing scene. He now retired from professional windsurfing and became a commercial pilot for Ryanair. I wanted to create one last memory, from our last session together as windsurfing pros ( he retired but I still try to do that for a living haha ! ) and because images are better than words, I included a clip from 2013 where Alex is offering us a real masterclass of waveriding at his homespot in Tenerife. P.S : the music from the 2013 clip is the original music when the clip came out back then, I didn't bother changing it...and I just realise now after posting the video that it fits so well to the context in which I am reposting this "old" gem ! some people say there are no coincidences hahaha who knows !
