Crero is a spot, located on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda, in the municipality of Torri del Benaco, a few kilometers south of Malcesine. It can offer epic windsurfing sessions with very strong Peler/Foehn, and lake waves of significant size.
Windsurfing, spot reviews: Crero, Lake Garda
When the Peler, or the Low Pressure North wind (falling from the mountains, where you have bad weather/storm), blow hard over Lake Garda, they also reach the southernmost spots of the lake, where you can do almost "waveriding" sessions, in backside. On one of these days, we had the chance to try Crero, which impressed us, and that we liked a lot, also for the logistics! It is more or less the equivalent of the Toscolano spot (read the review of the spot), on the Brescia side.
